Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 to pit against Ranveer Singh’s Simmba?
Averting the big clash with Shah Rukh’s Zero, Salman’s Dabangg 3 will reportedly clash with Ranveer’s Simmba.

Megastar Salman Khan , who ended 2017 with a big, is going to the busiest actors of 2018. He already has projects like Race 3 , TV show - Dus Ka Dum 3 and Ali Abbas Zafar ’s, Bharat , but now, it is reported that the makers of Dabangg franchise are in constant demand to release their third installment ( Dabangg 3 ) in this year itself. A few weeks back, news rife in the B-town that Arbaaz Khan , producer of Dabangg 3 , wants the film to come out in December this year. But as the month of December will be hyped by Shah Rukh Khan ’s Zero , which will come out on 21st of that month, it is reported that Arbaaz and team want their film to release on 28th December which is a Christmas plus New Year’s week.
Well, releasing their film on 28th will surely avert the big clash with SRK’s Zero but it will pit their film opposite Ranveer Singh ’s Simmba , which is also releasing on 28th December.
All these news about Dabangg 3 have been spilled out by insiders and no official confirmation has been made by the makers. Arbaaz, who will not be directing this film, is still busy with the script. When Arbaaz was asked about the same, the filmmaker told the daily, "I’ll comment when I’m sure of starting the film. Currently, I’m concentrating on the script. I’ll have a clear idea by the end of April."
While it is hard to say whether Salman will get the time to start this film or not, it is confirmed that the female lead opposite him will be played by one and only Sonakshi Sinha .
