Samir Kochhar to reprise Sunny Deol's character in remake of 'Darr'

IPL host and actor Samir Kochhar , who featured in ' Jannat ' and ' Zeher ', will reportedly reprise the character played by Sunny Deol in upcoming remake of the blockbuster ' Darr ', titled 'Jaanam'. The film will star Karanvir Bohra as the parallel lead.
As the grapevine chirped, the movie 'Jaanam' has its roots dipped in the blockbuster ' Darr '. Currently, the shooting of this flick is going on in scenic locales of Manali. Samir has got a meatier role to play in it. He will also feature in the upcoming film 'Island City' helmed by Ruchika Oberoi. The critically acclaimed movie garnered rave reviews at the Jio MAMI Film Festival 2015.
