Sara Ali Khan to feature in Ashutosh Gowariker’s next?
Impressed with her screen presence and performance, Ashutosh Gowariker wants to cast Sara Ali Khan in his own movie, says report.

Sara Ali Khan is no doubt the most talked about star-kid who is yet to make her big screen debut. Though she is shooting for her debut film, ‘ Kedarnath ’, she is already getting approached by other filmmakers. Reportedly, the latest filmmaker who has shown his interest in working with Sara Ali is, Ashutosh Gowariker , whom he met a few days ago. Gowariker is a director, actor, writer and producer, known for directing films set on a huge canvas while boasting of an opulent treatment. As per reports in a leading daily, his next movie is based on the three battles which were fought between the 16th and 18th centuries. Talking about it, a source stated to the daily, "Before the young actress paid Ashu a visit, the latter had dropped by on his good friend Abhishek Kapoor . He saw some rushes of the love story, Kedarnath, which features Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara. The Jodha Akbar director came away mighty impressed with her screen presence and performance. So, he wants to cast her in his own movie."
Talking about the male lead(s), Gowariker reportedly has his eyes on Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Kapoor . Recently, Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Kapoor were snapped outside filmmaker Gowariker’s office which led to the speculations of them teaming up for a project.
We have seen the director's work and on what scale his movies are made but, as of now, no confirmation has been made by him or by the actors on this upcoming film.
