Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and the 'Dilwale Dulhaniye Le Jayenge' team united on the sets of 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' to celebrate the 1000 weeks run of their film

The most romantic on-screen couple- Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol had parted ways, few years back. But recently they buried their past hitches, when they came up together to celebrate the 1000 weeks run of their film ' Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge ' on the highest TRP rating television show 'Comedy Nights With Kapil'.
Rest of the 'DDLJ' team comprising, Pooja Ruparel who played Kajol 's younger sister Rajjo, Mandira Bedi who played madly-in-love-with-Raj Preeti, Farida Jalal who played Simran's supportive mom and Anupam Kher who played Rahul's cool dad, were also present on the show.
After delivering the hilarious episode, Kher took Twitter to update his fans, writing "Shot a Roller Coaster, Hilarious, Emotional & Nostalgic episode of @CNWKOfficial.:) #ThousandweeksofDDLJ. All of us Missed Yash ji & Amrish Puri ji very badly during the shoot."
Yash Raj Films released ' Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge ' on 19th October, 1995 and made the world witness the immortal love tale of Raj and Simran. And this week, the classic film has completed its 1000 week run in Mumbai's Maratha Mandir and it's hard to believe that the film was released nearly two decades back.
