Shahrukh Khan Wants to Play a Detective

This year Salman Khan 's ' Ek Tha Tiger ' proved to be a blockbuster in which he played a detective. Its business reached close to INR 200 Crores. One more film of detective titled as ' Agent Vinod ' released this year of Saif Ali Khan which was a flop.
Irrespective of the box office result of detective films, Shah Rukh Khan wants to play a detective.
Recently in a live video chat, when a question was asked by one of his fans, he replied, "I did play a detective in a comic way in Baadshah but that was more like a comic caper. I would love to play a detective, it would be interesting because we make very few films about thrillers and crime detection, so if I'm able to make a character who is a crime detective it would be really nice. I hope somebody writes a role and offers it to me."
However, he is anxiously waiting for the release of his upcoming film ' Jab Tak Hai Jaan ' which is also Yash Chopra 's last film. This film would release on 13th November this year.
