' B.A. Pass ' fame Shilpa Shukla has won accolades for her flawless acting skills. Prior to this, Shukla also bagged praises for her spectacular performance in ' Chak De India '. And now, the actress is all set to come up with her next. Reportedly, Shilpa Shukla will now feature in Prakash Jha 's upcoming project. The film is expected to be a crazy-caper and is titled 'Parivar Time' as of now. The film revolves around a dysfunctional family and will be majorly shot in Mahabaleshwar, as per the reports.
Prakash Jha 's next will be helmed by Ritesh Menon and is anticipated to hit the floors in November. The well-known lyricist Swanand Kirkire will be seen making full-fledged acting debut with this flick by essaying Shilpa's brother. Talking about this venture, Shilpa stated that "It's a refreshing change for me. I've always wanted to explore comedy as a genre but I was mostly approached for serious roles. Now, I can finally experiment with one," The filmmaker Jha is supervising the project despite of being busy contesting Lok Sabha elections from Bettiah constituency.
A close source claimed that "It's a quirky, situational comedy about a Punjabi family who lives in Mahabaleshwar. Shilpa plays a wannabe with a tendency to over dramatise everything that she does,"
