Sonalee Kulkarni has become an established name in Marathi film industry since the popular Marathi flick 'Natarang' and now she is all set to make it big in Bollywood with ' Grand Masti ' opposite Riteish Deshmukh .
Sonalee got her first break in Bollywood, because of her Marathi movie 'Ajintha', as the movie posters were displayed all over the Mumbai. One of the posters of this diva was placed right in front of producer-director Indra Kumar 's office. She grabbed the director's eye through her elegant pose in the 'Ajintha's banner.
She said that, Indra Kumar inquired about her and later came to know she is the "Natarang Girl". He offered her the role, even without auditioning her. Also, her co-star Riteish Deshmukh was familiar with her work in Marathi cinema and had all praises for her. She is proud that she worked with the director, who has made hit films like, ' Dil ', ' Beta ' and ' Ishq '. The actress also added that, currently she is just concentrating on her debut and is in no hurry to sign her next film.
This "Apsara Aali" girl has hypnotized her fans with her deadly dance and killer looks in Marathi cinema and now, she is all set to dazzle Hindi Cinema. Sonalee made her Marathi debut with 'Bakula Namdev Ghotale' in the year 2006.
In the movie ' Grand Masti ', she will be seen playing Riteish Deshmukh 's wife, who has time for everything except him. This sequel to 2004 hit ' Masti ' is scheduled to hit the theaters on September 13.
