As Omerta gets a new release date, director Hansal Mehta has now revealed its new poster and trailer.

Rajkummar Rao and Hansal Mehta are one of the few actor-director duos of Bollywood who have continuously given us content-driven movies. Their latest film, Omerta , was scheduled to release on April 20th but due to delay in certification, it got postponed by 2 weeks. But its hype is still intact and now, Mehta has revealed its latest poster and trailer. In the poster, masked terrorist Omar Saeed Sheikh (Rajkummar) is seen looking guiltlessly at burning cars and buildings, hell-bent at wreaking havoc on innocent people.
And what can one speak about the latest trailer! It is darker than the first one, more intense and you will surely get terrorized. In the 2:47 trailer, the mindset of Omar has been shown as an open book, whose only aim is destruction in the name of blind beliefs. From World Trade Centre’s 9/11 attack to Mumbai’s 2008’s terror attack and from killing US reporter Daniel Pearl to abducting the innocents, the trailer has shown it all. Omerta is Mehta’s study on the criminal mastermind Omar Sheikh, and his intention behind making this film was to explore evil as a human characteristic.
The film is written by Mukul Dev and backed by Swiss Entertainment and Karma Features. Also starring Rajesh Tailang and Rupinder Nagra in pivotal roles, Omerta will be released on 04th May 2018.
