The team of Ittefaq is making quite a buzz ever since they have released the first set of character introduction posters from the film in late June and recently they launched another set of character posters that topped the anticipation for this crime thriller drama. And now the team has finally released the first trailer of Ittefaq , starring Sidharth Malhotra , Sonakshi Sinha and Akshaye Khanna in the lead roles! Judging by the initial impression of the trailer, the wait and anticipation were worth having!
Before the release of the trailer, the film was said to be an adaptation of the 1969 film by the same name, but as the trailer reveals it poses a different story for the audience! The narration of Ittefaq will be told in perspective of Dev ( Akshaye Khanna ) who helmed the tricky task to investigate a double murder case and Maya ( Sonakshi Sinha ) and Vikram ( Sidharth Malhotra ) are two witnesses and prime suspects who narrate the incidence differently! The film will be a gripping journey to find the ultimate truth behind the murder mystery and what the third character has that could flip the story upside-down!
Ittefaq is a joint venture produced by the BR Films, Dharma Productions and Red Chillies Entertainment and the film is now in marketing and promotions phase as it is slated to be released on 3rd November this year.
