Veteran actor Shashi Kapoor has been hospitalized to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Mumbai's Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital, after complaining the acute chest pain and breathlessness, yesterday.
After the initial check-up, doctor discovered the 76-year-old suffering from a chest infection. However, his condition is stable now; he is going through medication at the hospital.
The veteran star has the experience of working in over 160 films till date which includes ' Deewaar ', ' Silsila ' and ' Satyam Shivam Sundaram ' to name a few. He is one of the very first Indian actors to work in the international cinema. He holds the credit of winning the National Award thrice in his career.
