Talented actress Vidya Balan was director Vivek Agnihotri 's first choice for his film on women empowerment. The director is making the film for T-series. He was keen to sign Vidya for the lead role in his film as according to him, Vidya can portray the role perfectly.
Vidya Balan who has given splendid performances in the films like ' Kahaani ' and ' The Dirty Picture ' is recognized to portray the strong women characters flawlessly. The director, Vivek Agnihotri said that his first choice for the film was Vidya Balan . But Vidya did " Kahaani ' first and she did not get to do this film. The filmmaker who was keen to cast Vidya in his film, said that he will surely come up with the script in future which would justify Vidya's acting skills. Vivek Agnihotri who is a director of the film 'Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal' was talking to the source recently.
Agnihotri revealed that he has approached other actresses for the role and waits for the things to fall in place. He also revealed the subject of the film. The film is a suspense thriller and is about women in today's society. It's about how our systems refuse to support the women in our society.
