Vishakha Singh in Vikram Bhatt's next

South beauty Vishakha Singh has bagged a key role in veteran filmmaker Vikram Bhatt 's upcoming production venture ' Ankur Arora Murder Case '. This medical thriller is completely different from the type of genre Vikram Bhatt always works in i.e thrillers and horrors. The film is directed by Suhail Tatari . The film is inspired by a real life incident in which a kid on the operating table dies because of a doctor's negligence. Vishakha has been roped by Bhatt to play a role of a doctor in this film.

Vishakha Singh was previously seen in Ashutosh Gowariker 's movie on the Chittagong uprising,' Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey ' starring Abhishek Bachchan and Deepika Padukone . After the historical flick bombed at the box office, disappointed Vishakha shifted her base to London. Speaking about the subject matter , Vishakha said that she got very thwarted over ' Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey 's crash at the box office. She went to London to work with her father. When Vikram Bhatt and Suhail Tatari were looking for a fresh face for their movie, they saw KHJJS and called her. She didn't go through even an audition for the movie.

Vishakha's character in this movie is of a doctor who gets caught between the love of her life and a predicament. After reading some of the cases of medical negligence, she got ready to essay this challenging role of a doctor in a movie with a sensitive issue. Vishakha expressed that nowadays, it is difficult to make the movie without the big stars and item numbers. Be she is happy the way this movie has shaped up.
