Veteran stars Shabana Azmi , Aparna Sen and Lillete Dubey are coming together in the upcoming film Sonata. The makers have recently released the trailer of the upcoming film which is set in an urban backdrop. This Aparna Sen’s directorial is a film based on Mahesh Mahesh Elkunchwar’s play.
The story revolves around three unmarried women namely Aruna Chaturvedi who is a Professor, Banker Dolon Sen and journalist Subhadra Parekh. These roles are essayed by Aparna Sen , Shabana Azmi and Lillete Dubey respectively.
The three women are seen bonding, enjoying each other’s company and facing mid-life crises together! There are men, wine and uncertainties in their life to name it all!
