It is a first time for Sheershak Anand and Shantanu Ray Chhibber as their first directorial ' 3G ' is set to release. ' 3G ' is a supernatural thriller and horror movie starring Neil Nitin Mukesh slated to release on Friday, March 15.
The two have previously written for movies like ' Aa Dekhen Zara ' and ' Table No. 21 '. Their belief in originality made them to come up with the idea of ' 3G '. But according to Sheershak that's not enough to survive in bollywood. There is a lot of competition in the industry as many young directors are surfacing. One cannot just be good. One has to be extraordinary, said Sheershak. The two had been in the industry for eight years and consider themselves as fortunate to have got their first break within three years. They have not assisted anyone but still their debut movie is releasing under a big banner. I guess we are both talented and lucky. Though critical appreciation for the film is important, they would welcome some commercial success too. We are happy if the film even makes 25 crores as it is not easy, added the director.
