Telugu filmmaker Dil Raju is known to have a Midas touch. The noted director has revived careers of many stars that were on the verge of losing their stardom. So, when Telugu superstar Ravi Teja chose the director to make his comeback film, no one was really surprised. Ravi Teja was last seen in Bengal Tiger, a movie which hit screens in 2015.
The actor, who was on a sabbatical of almost two years, currently has two projects in his hands - Raja The Great and Touch Chesi Chudu. Both the films went on floors simultaneously and the actor was shooting for them at the same time. The actor was planning to release both the film within a gap of 1-2 months. However, after some time, Teja decided to put Touch Chesi Chudu on hold and centered his entire focus on his second film Raja The Great. The actor chose Raja The Great simply because it is being directed by Dil Raju.
Raja will resume shooting for Touch Chesi Chudu in November and release it in the first quarter of 2018.
