S.S. Rajamouli to honour his commitment made before Baahubali film franchise!
According to reports, the director will next helm a social drama film made on a moderate budget.

We all know that how Telugu filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli broke onto the national scene with the stupendous success of Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion , starring Prabhas , Rana Daggubati , Anushka Shetty and Tamannah Bhatia in key roles. Producers have been queuing up in front of his doors to direct their next films. But Rajamouli is in no hurry. He wants to honour his previous commitments first before signing any new film.
According to some reports, even before starting his work on Baahubali film series, Rajamouli had committed a project with producers DVV Danayya and KL Narayana. The director wants to complete this project first before taking up any new project in hand. So, it is confirmed now that the next directorial of Rajamouli is going to be a film bankrolled by Danayya.
The untitled project is said to be a social drama. The film will have no major VFX and graphics work like the previous few films of Rajamouli. Other details about the cast and crew of the movie have yet not been finalized and an official announcement regarding the same is expected to be made soon.
Following DVV Danayya’s film, Rajamouli will start working on producer KL Narayana’s movie. KL Narayana wants Mahesh Babu to play the male lead in the project. Since the actor is busy with a lot of films, Narayana’s film will be able to go on the floor in the second half of 2019.
