Adipursh: Prabhas Starrer Film’s Promotional Campaign To Begin on Ram Navami

Adipurush, starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan, was already facing a significant reaction when the teaser was released in October of last year. The film received criticism for its subpar VFX, visual effects, and Ravana's depiction. As the movie's release date drew closer, fans grew impatient and kept inquiring about the latest information. They also criticized filmmaker Om Raut for delaying the launch of any marketing initiatives. According to reports, the movie's publicity push will begin on Ram Navami.

According to reports, the Adipurush team has chosen to launch promotional efforts on March 30. based on sources, “Adipurush celebrates the victory of good over evil. It’s a retelling of the Indian epic – Ramayana – and what better day than Ram Navami to kick off their promotional campaign? It works in progress on a brand-new asset led by Prabhas and the team is committed to launching it on March 30, 2023."

The source also added, “The asset will be in sync with the occasion of lord Ram’s birth.” The trailer of the film will be released in the month of May, close to the release date.

Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, and Sunny Singh will play the roles of Laxman and Ravana, respectively, in the mythological drama produced by Om Raut. Prabhas will portray Lord Ram. The movie is based on the Ramayana, a Hindu epic that depicts the triumph of virtue over evil. The film was originally slated to debut in theaters in January, but due to negative reception, the release date was pushed back to June 16.

In the meantime, Prabhas will appear in the movie Project K, which is being directed by Nag Ashwin and also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone. Additionally, Prashant Neel's Salaar is in the works for him. On the other hand, Kriti Sanon, who was most recently seen in the Kartik Aaryan-starring film Shehzada, will next be seen rejoining with Tiger Shroff for her upcoming movie Ganpath, which is set to open in theaters on October 20.
