Adivi Sesh confirms signing two more Hindi films post Major
Telugu actor Adivi Sesh, who is gearing up for the release of his much-awaited pan-India film Major, has signed two more Hindi films. In a recent interview, the actor confirmed the same and said that he will announce his upcoming Bollywood projects post the release of Major.
Moreover, Adivi Sesh also plays an important role in HIT: The First Case, the official Hindi remake of the successful Telugu film of the same name. Rajkumar Rao and Sanya Malhotra headline the remake, directed by Sailesh Kolanu.
Major, directed by Shashi Kiran Tikka from the story written by Adivi Sesh with dialogues penned by Abburi Ravi (Telugu) and Akshat Ajay Sharma (Hindi), is a biographical action drama based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan who saved the lives of several hostages before being martyred by terrorists in Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai on November 26, 2008.
The ambitious film has been shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi and will also release in Malayalam as a dubbed version. It also stars Sobhita Dhulipala, Saiee Manjrekar, Prakash Raj, Revathi Nair, and Murali Sharma in pivotal roles.
Major is jointly bankrolled by Sony Pictures and G. Mahesh Babu Entertainments. It is slated to release on 11 February, 2022, across all languages.
