Bhagavanth Kesari: Arjun Rampal Describes How He Prepared Himself For The Character, ‘I Have Submitted Myself…’ (Details Inside)

Arjun Rampal, well renowned for his work in Bollywood, set off on a spectacular adventure with his debut South Indian film, 'Bhagavanth Kesari'. For him, shooting in Hyderabad was a "interesting experience" since he fell in love with the city's colourful atmosphere and appreciated its native dishes, particularly biryani. Arjun's love of food was clear, as he stated, "I am a foodie but I am also conscious of the calories."

One of the most difficult hurdles the actor overcame was the language barrier, since he dubbed his own lines in Telugu, a language he was unfamiliar with. Arjun was devoted to the assignment, requesting dialogue ahead of time, working closely with an assistant director to understand Telugu lines, and even dubbing for his role. "I submitted myself to the character," he said in his own words. “I practiced dialogues and recorded them to send to Anil over the phone. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn, comprehend, and express myself in another language."

Arjun's experience in the South cinema business provided him with opportunities to develop and improve as an actor. Working alongside Balakrishna and director Anil Ravipudi made an indelible effect on Arjun, who liked the cross-pollination of talent in the Indian cinema industry. He discovered that South Indian filmmakers were dedicated to being loyal to their characters and delivering their stories honestly. In his opinion, this was an excellent moment for entertainers to work in Indian cinema and experiment with different forms of filmmaking.

Speaking about this he said, "The world has gotten so small and actors are working in various languages and globally too. So, what's critical is getting to experience different styles of working where you can push your limits as an actor and learn new skill sets." We can't wait to see his new avatar in his impending appearance, and we can't wait to see him dazzle us once more.
