Dhanush chooses simple veshti and shirt for The Gray Man’s premiere, The Russo Brothers call him ‘one of the most amazing actors on the planet’
The Russo Brothers, Anthony and Joe Russo, who are behind some of the biggest and most well-known films of all time, have directed The Gray Man, an action-packed visual extravaganza starring Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana De Armas, and Dhanush. The makers who promised Indian fans that they would come to India for the film’s premiere were present in Mumbai for the film’s screening.
On Wednesday, actor Dhanush and the directors Anthony and Joe Russo attended a special screening of their Netflix film, The Gray Man. Other celebrities were sighted at the event, including Vicky Kaushal, Jacqueline Fernandez, Vishal Bhardwaj, Aditi Sudhir Pohankar, Aanand L Rai, and Alaya F.
The Atrangi Re actor, who had just arrived in Mumbai, chose traditional clothing, including a white veshti, a half-sleeved shirt, and sandals. At the red carpet event, he also posed with his hands folded for the photographers, Joe and Anthony Russo and Dhanush also grinned and posed together. Vicky Kaushal was seen interacting with Dhanush at the event. Additionally, they exchanged hugs and smiles. Talking to the Russo Brothers during the event were the director duo Raj and DK. They are in charge of directing the Indian adaptation of Citadel by the Russo Brothers.
In the movie, which also has Chris Evans, Claire Fitzroy, and Alfre Woodard among others, Dhanush plays the role of an assassin which is a small but crucial part. At the premiere, The Russo Brothers spoke about collaborating with Dhanush. The directors described him as "one of the most amazing actors on the planet," and they felt fortunate to work with him. They said, “He’s so talented, but he’s also an amazing person.”
Well, it will be exciting to watch Dhanush in action alongside some of the biggest Hollywood stars. The Gray Man will premiere on Netflix on July 22.
