Fahadh Faasil, Keerthy Suresh and Vadivelu roped in for Udhayanidhi-Mari Selvaraj's film Maamannan

Mari Selvaraj is preparing to direct Udhayadhi Stalin in his next film, which is now under production. The most recent update on the film is that Fahadh Faasil, Keerthy Suresh and Vadivelu will be casted in the project titled Maamannan. On March 4th, the title poster and cast information was announced.

After meeting Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and Udhayanidhi Stalin's father MK Stalin on his birthday on March 1, rumours about Mari Selvaraj, Fahadh Faasil, and Udhayanidhi Stalin collaborating on a new film circulated on social media. Udhayanidhi has apparently decided to leave the film industry in order to excel in serious politics. As a result, the actor-politician has teamed up with Mari Selvaraj for an unforgettable film that will leave a lasting impression on audiences.

Actor Vadivelu, who is known for his comical roles, is making a comeback to the big screen with a number of ventures. He already signed up for the upcoming Tamil film Naai Sekar and is now a member of Maamannan's cast.

Fahadh Faasil recently wrapped filming on Vikram, a Tamil project that also stars Vijay Sethupathi and Kamal Haasan. The film will be directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, and the release date is expected to be revealed on March 14. Meanwhile, Keerthy Suresh will soon be seen alongside Mahesh Babu in the much-anticipated Telugu flick Sarkaru Vaari Paata.
