Godfather: Chiranjeevi Starrer's production team error sparks social media
It was revealed on Tuesday that megastar Chiranjeevi has sought the counsel of a numerologist to help him get through the difficult time in his career. According to reports, the renowned actor decided to change his spelling after the failure of Acharya (2022) in an effort to turn things around.
He was referred to as ‘Chiranjeeevi’ (with an extra "e") in the Godfather first look teaser. Some Telugu portals jumped to the conclusion that Chiranjeevi had hired a numerologist in order to get a big hit in the upcoming days. As it turns out, the rumour was completely unfounded. There is no name change.
The extra "E" was caused by a typographical error in the Godfather first look teaser, according to media reports quoting people close to the Chiru camp. The extra letter has been removed, and the proper spelling has been restored, according to the sources (although this hadn't yet appeared at the time this news item was posted).
Other social media users were occupied with posting criticisms of Godfather's production house for their negligent editing of the first look teaser.
GodFather is a remake of Prithviraj Sukumaran's Malayalam film Lucifer (2019), which starred Mohanlal in the lead role. Salman Khan, Nayanthara, and Satyadev are all cast members in the Mohan Raja-directed film GodFather. The film is produced by Konidela Production Company and Super Good Films. Additionally, the makers have stated that Godfather will be released this year during Dasara.
