Its OFFICIAL! Lokesh Kanagaraj And ‘THIS’ Superstar Is All Set To COLLABORATE!

Lokesh Kanagaraj, who is preparing for his next film ‘Leo,’ recently stated in an interview that he is likely to collaborate with Prabhas on a project. When Lokesh and Prabhas collaborate on a project, it's certain to be a huge one. Lokesh's style of filmmaking and Prabhas' grandeur ensure that it will be an entertaining viewing.

Lokesh Kanagaraj was discussing with Galatta about his upcoming film with Thalapathy Vijay, Master, following their previous cooperation in 2021. The fact that Lokesh has revealed that he would only be shooting ten films in total is disappointing, but it just makes it more important to keep an eye out for his works.

The idea that Leo will also be a member of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU) gets us curious about the future projects he will be a part of. In terms of future projects, Lokesh Kanagaraj's next film starring Rajinikanth, named ‘Thalaivar 171’, would be a solo film that will not be part of his world. Lokesh is expected to work on Karthi's ‘Kaithi 2’ and Kamal Haasan's ‘Vikram 2’ when this film is completed.

Lokesh is also scheduled to collaborate with Suriya on a spin-off film based on Rolex, bringing his complete filmography to nine films, with the Prabhas feature serving as his last effort.

About ‘Leo’:

‘Leo,’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and starring Thalapathy Vijay for the second time, will be released in theatres on October 19. The film is touted to be a full-fledged gangster drama with Thalapathy Vijay in a never-before-seen avatar.

Furthermore, as mentioned in the newly released official teaser, Thalapathy Vijay will play two characters: Parthiban and Leo Das. Trisha Krishnan joins the cast as Parthiban's wife in the Leo episode, marking her long-awaited return with Vijay after a 15-year sabbatical.

Sanjay Dutt plays the main antagonist, Anthony Das, in the film, while Arjun Sarja plays Harold Das. In important supporting parts, 'Leo' features prominent personalities such as Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Priya Anand, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mathew Thomas, Sandy Master, Anurag Kashyap, Babu Antony, Baby Iyal, George Maryam, Manobala, and many others. For this highly anticipated film, Anirudh Ravichander is in charge of both the songs and the original score.
