The song 'Naatu Naatu' from 'RRR’s’ film recently received the 'Best Original Song' award at the 95th Academy Awards, which were held on March 12, 2023, making it a historic achievement for the country. The song by MM Keeravani and Chadrabose ensured that the entire globe danced to it and that everyone knew what Indian cinema could provide.
The film's lead actors, Jr. NTR and Ram Charan, as well as director SS Rajamouli and the song's singers and composers, were in attendance at the event to witness the moment. The video had gone viral of their reaction after they won the Oscars. But it is now reported that apart from the singers and composer of the song, Ram Chara, SS Rajamouli and Jr. NTR paid to attend the 95th Academy Awards.

Music composer M.M. Keeravani (and wife Srivalli) and lyricist Chandrabose were entitled to free seating at their allotted table, as were singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava, who performed on stage, but other members of the 'RRR' team present at the 95th Academy Awards in Los Angeles on March 12 had to buy tickets to attend the event. And each ticket cost USD 25,000 (Rs 20.6 lakh).
According to reports, Rajamouli bought Oscar tickets for himself, the rest of the RRR team, and their family members. While many people were surprised that Rajamouli and others were not given free entry to the Oscars, several fans were outraged that the RRR team was given the last row in the hall.
