Despite a court order surfacing on social media that generated concern about the film's Telugu translation, the much-anticipated Telugu release of Thalapathy Vijay's ‘Leo’ on October 19 is likely to thrill fans.
The legal stumbling block emerged from a disagreement about the use of the term ‘Leo’. Telugu distributor Naga Vamsi, on the other hand, has promised fans that the film's Telugu release will go through as scheduled.

Vamsi emphasized in a recent news conference that the court injunction order was granted owing to a misunderstanding. He added that someone had attended the court and claimed that the name ‘Leo’ was already registered somewhere in Vijayawada. Vamsi, on the other hand, indicated that the problem has since been recognized and is being rectified peacefully.
"The title has been registered, and the film has been censored too," Vamsi added in a statement. "We've mutually agreed to resolve the issue so that the person who registered it is not left in the dark, and the film will be released in theatres on time. As a result, there will be no additional delay in the release of the Telugu version of Leo," he said.
Vamsi further expressed confidence that ‘Leo’ will have a huge influence in Telugu-speaking areas until Dasara. He stated that the title issue had been detected and was being rectified amicably, guaranteeing that the film's release would go forward as planned.
In response to inquiries regarding the film's development, Vamsi emphasized that ‘Leo’ was not intended to be a collaboration with Tamil actor Vijay. He did, however, express a desire to collaborate with Vijay in the future, recognizing the actor's enormous popularity.
Vamsi also indicated that he had no objections to two Telugu films, ‘Bhagavanth Kesari’ and ‘Tiger Nageswara Rao’, being released on the same dates. He emphasized that theatres were well-distributed, ensuring that each picture had enough screens for its distribution. Vamsi expressed optimism for the success of all three films.
