Leo: WOW! Tamil Nadu Government Grants SPECIAL SCREENINGS For The Thalapathy Vijay Starrer! (Details Inside)

The film ‘Leo’, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and starring Thalapathy Vijay, is generating the proper kind of buzz. The posters and trailer have received a lot of attention ahead of the film's October premiere. The anticipation for the film's arrival in theatres is extraordinary. The newest news says that the Tamil Nadu government has approved special screenings for the film.

According to reports, the film's makers at Seven Screen Studios asked the Tamil Nadu government to request early morning screenings due to extraordinary demand. Following many meetings, they were granted permission to stage special events from October 19th to October 24th. They have been given permission to hold up to five concerts every day. The schedules have yet to be determined, although the plan was to conduct performances between 4 and 7 a.m.

According to the announcement, the state government has approved two requests for early shows throughout the state. The issued notice reads, "In the representation first read above, the Seven Screen Studio, Unit of Kal Flick Private Limited Chennai, has stated that the producers of Tamil film titled "LEO" starring Thalapathy Vijay, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Trisha and others Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and they have planned to release this movie worldwide on 19th October 2023 for Pooja Holidays and they have requested to grant permission for 2 (two) Special show on 19.10.2023 at 4.00 A.M. & 7.00 A.M. and 1 (one) Special show from 20.10.2023 to 24.10.2023 at 7.00 A.M.”

The notice continued, "The Commissioner of Revenue Administration, who was consulted to offer his remarks on the above representation, has stated that the jurisdiction is laid down in the law to be decided at the Government level. Due to increasing the time of special screenings and screening special show in theatres, adequate arrangements should be made with the cooperation and security of the Police Department without causing any health impairment and overcrowding in theatres.”

The note concluded, "The Government, after careful consideration, have decided to accept the request of the Seven Screen Studio, Unit of Kal Flick Private Limited, Chennai and to accord permission to conduct a Special show for the film title "LEO" on 19.10.2023, 20.10.2023, 21.10.2023, 22.10.2023, 23.10.2023 and 24.10.2023."

According to prior reports, ‘Leo’ is a part of Lokesh Kanagaraj's cinematic universe, which also includes Kamal Haasan's Vikram and Karthi's Kaithi. Among those who appear in the film are Trisha Krishnan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mysskin, and Gautham Vasudev Menon. Anurag Kashyap is also among the cast members.

Lokesh Kanagaraj directs Seven Screen Studios' ‘Leo.’ SS Lalit Kumar is the film's producer. On October 19, this action comedy will be released in many languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
