Naga Chaitanya reveals why he visited Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s office and says, ‘I hope something works out’

Naga Chaitanya is all set to make his debut in Bollywood with Aamir Khan starrer Laal Singh Chaddha. The film also stars Kareena Kapoor and Mona Singh in pivotal roles. Recently, Chay was spotted exiting director Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Mumbai office. During Laal Singh Chaddha’s promotion, the actor was questioned about his visit to the director’s office.
To this, the Majili actor replied, “It’s just casual meetings, you know. These are filmmakers I have looked up to, so just pay your respects, say hi, and I hope something works out. There are so many people I want to work with over here.” Further adding, the actor also spoke about getting accepted into Bollywood saying and then deciding on his future step. “I really hope, after the 11th (August, Laal Singh Chaddha release date) I am accepted, and the audience really likes me. You know, I want to collaborate with everyone here, for sure. I am honestly just waiting for the 11th. If the acceptance is there, I want to see how the audience encourages me, and owns me, and based on that, (I will) take my next step.”
Apart from his Bollywood debut with the film Laal Singh Chaddha which is set to release in theatres on 11 August 2022, Chay also has NC22 with Krithi Shetty and a web series named Dhootha alongside Prachi Desai in his lineup.
