SS Rajamouli has given many blockbuster films to the Indian film industry. His Magnum opus film ‘Baahubali’ has given him massive recognition and proved him the biggest blockbuster of Indian cinema. The series ‘Bahubali’ broke many records at box office while setting benchmarks.
The film starred Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Rana Daggubati. There is no doubt the film was an expensive affair. Recently, a popular columnist Manobala Vijaybalan, shared a tweet, claiming SS Rajamouli took a loan of hundreds of crores for making the film ‘Bahubali.’

'Baahubali: The Beginning' was released in 2015 and earned over 650 crore, becoming the third-highest-grossing Indian movie ever. The prequel's previous records were broken by 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' in 2017, which made it the highest-grossing Indian movie ever. Over Rs 1,500 crore were made by the movie internationally.
