Pen Marudhar to distribute Kamal Haasan’s Vikram in Hindi
Led by Dr. Jayantilal Gada, Pen Marudhar, which is the distribution division of Pen Studios, has tasted huge success lately. The studio delivered back-to-back blockbusters in the form of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi (2022) and SS Rajamouli’s RRR. Both films did not only receive unanimous praises from the audience and critics but also did bumper business at the ticket window.
Fresh off the success of Gangubai Kathiawadi and RRR, Pen Marudhar is now gearing up to release yet another much-awaited film in Hindi. The studio has picked up rights to release megastar Kamal Haasan’s Vikram in the Hindi market.
Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the upcoming action thriller features Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahadh Faasil in important roles. The film has been creating noise even before it went before cameras. The first look posters of all the lead actors received thunderous response from the audience, making it abundantly clear how excited they are to watch the trio in one film.
Produced by Kamal Haasan and R. Mahendran, A Raaj Kamal Films International film, Vikram is scheduled for its release in cinemas on June 3, 2022. Originally made in Tamil, the film will be available in several other languages, including Hindi.
