Prabhas to build a lavish guesthouse for himself at Nanakramguda
Prabhas, one of the highest-paid actors in India, is gearing up for the release of his pan-India film Radhe Shyam.

Pan-India star Prabhas, who became a force to reckon with after the humongous success of Baahubali: The Beginning (2015) and Baahubali: The Conclusion (2017), is gifting himself a lavish guesthouse in Nanakramguda.
As most of us know that Prabhas owns a sprawling farmhouse in the heart of cyber city in Hyderabad. The two-acre land ran into legal troubles when government officials claimed that the said land belongs to the revenue department.
Prabhas had bought the land some 12 years ago. Now, all legal problems related to the land have been resolved and the actor has got a clear title to the property.

If reports are to be believed, Prabhas is planning to demolish the existing farmhouse and build a luxury modern farmhouse, which will be like a mini 5-star hotel with high-end facilities.
A Mumbai-based architect has come onboard to design the farmhouse, as per reports. Prabhas has some ideas that the architect will have to incorporate while designing the farmhouse.
Currently, Prabhas is waiting for the release of his next film Radhe Shyam, co-starring Pooja Hegde. The pan-India film is set to release on January, 14, 2022, in multiple languages. Prabhas has five high-profile films in the pipeline right now, including Radhe Shyam, Adipurush, Salaar, Spirit, and an untitled film with Nag Ashwin. Reportedly, Prabhas is getting a massive amount of Rs. 150 crore for his film Spirit.
