Producer Prasad Devineni says that Bahubali 3 might happen if they come up with a story soon!
Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion are two of the most celebrated films in the world, and recently during the promotion of RRR, director SS Rajamouli reportedly dropped hints at the possibility of a third installment in the franchise, stating that the announcement about the highly anticipated project will come at the right time. In an exclusive interview, Baahubali producer Prasad Devineni clarifies the reports.
Producer Devneni reveals that “What SS Rajamouli was saying is that there is scope in the Baahubali world to tell another story. The world is there, and the characters are larger than life. But we are not looking to start immediately, because he has got a couple of commitments. After that, we will think about it. Definitely, at some point, we might make it, if everything falls into place. But there is no effort being put in right now.”
When we spoke to Baahubali writer KV Vijayendra Prasad and shared the news of making the third sequel of Baahubali he said “It could be. But first of all Mahesh Babu's project has to be over. Thinking of any project before that wouldn’t be that much.”
Meanwhile, Rajamouli is savoring the success of RRR, his newly released epic period action movie starring NT Rama Rao Jr. and Ram Charan. Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn were also in it. A source revealed that Alia Bhatt is in discussions with Rajamouli for his jungle-adventure film, which will star Mahesh Babu.
