For those unfamiliar, a few days ago we learned that the filmmaker had paid a staggering sum of 1.44 crores to reserve seats at the Oscars in 2023. According to rumors, free tickets to the Academy Awards are only given to nominees and one member of their immediate family. According to this regulation, MM Keeravani and Chandrabose were the only people who could enter for free. (composer and lyricist of Naatu Naatu song). Others who paid for tickets to the awards ceremony included Rajamouli, Rama Rajamouli (SSR's wife), SS Karthikeya and his wife, Ram Charan, Upasana (Charan's wife), and Jr. NTR.

Now that SS Karthikeya, the son of SS Rajamouli, has spoken out about the issue, it is known that RRR actors Ram Charan and Jr. NTR were also invited. The remainder of the members did pay something, but it wasn't a hefty sum that was disclosed.

People like Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Prem Rakshit, Kaala Bhairava, Rahul Sipligunj, Keeravani, and Chandrabose were formally welcomed, according to SS Karthikeya in a statement to Galatta Plus. Each of these nominees has a small number of seats available for guests they wish to invite. However, they must write the Academy and let them know who they are bringing with them. There are different types of seats, and they require payment. For the lowest level, we paid about $1500 per seat, and for the top level, we paid about $750 per seat. That's all there is.
