SS Rajamouli buys himself a Volvo XC40 SUV

Telugu filmmaker SS Rajamouli, known for blockbuster hits such as the Baahubali franchise (2015 and 2017) and RRR (2022), has bought himself a new luxury car.
As per reports, Rajamouli has purchased a red 'Volvo XC40' car which has been delivered to his home by the automobile company. In a photograph that has gone viral on social media, Rajamouli can be seen receiving the key of the luxury car from a Volvo representative.
The cost of the car is around Rs 45 lakhs.
Coming to RRR (2022), the film has undoubtedly revived the theatrical business post the pandemic. Not just in India, the film has become a global trendsetter in terms of box office collection. On Friday, it was announced that the Ram Charan and Jr NTR-starrer has minted over Rs 1100 crore globally.
On the work front, SS Rajamouli is also committed to collaborate with actor Mahesh Babu for a project. Its production is expected to begin in 2022. Rajamouli also spoke about his intention to make a film based on the Hindu epic Mahabharata in the future.
