S.S Rajamouli is considered a boon for the Indian cinema, but we were curious to know is there any particular film that he would be interested in directing. Well, the good news is we got the answer to this one.
Recently in an interview with online media, SS Rajamouli spilled beans on his interest in directing the superhit Mohanlal starrer ‘Drishyam 1’ and its sequel ‘Drishyam 2’. Rajamouli said this as a response to the interviewer’s question on the film that he watched recently and wished to direct. The ‘RRR’ director immediately replied by saying, “That’s ‘Drishyam’ franchise. The first part itself was great, and its sequel was even more thrilling.”
SS Rajamouli further added that he was overwhelmed at the terrific writing of the ‘Drishyam’ franchise which has a perfect mix of intelligence, simplicity, emotion, and thrill that captures the audience all the way.
The comment made by such a known legendary director has indeed enthralled the Malayali audience.
