STR 48: Kamal Haasan To Collaborate With Silambarasan On His Next Project; Check Out The Motion Poster!
Silambarasan's 48th film, tentatively titled ‘STR 48’, will be produced by Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Productions International. As a producer, Kamal is working on his 56th film. Desingh Periyasamy, best known for his debut film 'Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadhithaal', will helm the film.

It is also reported that the film will be the first collaboration between Silambarasan and Anirudh Ravichander, who has composed for Kamal Haasan's ‘Vikram’ and ‘Indian 2’. Nevertheless, the rest of the cast and crew have yet to be disclosed.
Kamal Haasan’s Collaboration With Mani Ratnam
This is Raaj Kamal Films International's second recent venture. Before ‘STR 48’, Kamal revealed that he will collaborate with Mani Ratnam on his 234th film. With the phenomenal success of ‘Vikram’, which grossed over Rs 400 crore at the box office, Kamal has shifted his focus to producing films as well.
Silmabarasan’ Upcoming Film
Meanwhile, Silambarasan is awaiting the release of his latest film, 'Pathu Thala,' directed by Obeli N Krishna. The film, which is planned to be released on March 30, 2023, also stars Gautham Karthik and Priya Bhavani Shankar in prominent roles.
