Per the earlier reports, the period action drama will be in two different timelines. The first look is pitched up for its release.

Suriya has kickstarted the shoot for his first look poster, title announcement video, and a promotional video for his upcoming tentatively titled film, ‘Suriya 42.’ The buzz says that director Siva and his team plan to shoot the first look and title announcement video on a magnificent gage and a unique promotional video. It will mark the most expensive project for Suriya’s entire work career.
As per the news, the official first-look poster and title announcement video might be revealed mostly in April. As per side sources, the filmmaker is keenly interested in revealing it on April 14, 2023, on the auspicious occasion of the Tamil New Year. Still, there is no official confirmation.

The movie is a period-action drama featuring Suriya in a double role. He will portray a warrior and contemporary man in a distinct timeline. Disha Patani will mark her Tamil debut and has Kovai Sarala, Yogi Babu, Anand Raj, Redin Kingsley, Ravi Raghavendra, and others in prominent roles.
