Tamannaah Bhatia to mark her debut in Mollywood with Dileep starrer film D147; Release slated for next year
One of South’s most popular faces, Tamannaah Bhatia has a number of films lined up for release this month. And amidst all this, the actress is set to make her debut in the Malayalam industry with the tentatively titled film D147. Malayalam star Dileep is the male protagonist of the film in which Tamannaah will play the female lead. It is directed by Arun Gopy and bankrolled by Vinayaka Ajith. The writer of D147 is Uday Krishna. A formal pooja ceremony was held today to officially launch the movie.
A lavish pooja ceremony was held to officially launch the untitled movie at Kerala's Maha Ganapati Temple. Tamannaah Bhatia looked stunning in a beige saree and floral hair bun, while Dileep wore a traditional lungi outfit to the event. The new Mollywood pair has stirred up quite a stir on the internet. Sam CS composed the film's soundtrack, and Shaji Kumar will be in control of the cinematography. Soon, more details about the project will be released.
Meanwhile, Tamannaah seems to have many projects lined up. She is anticipating the release of her upcoming Telugu movie Gurthunda Seethakalam which will be released on September 23. She also has the Netflix film Plan A Plan B with Ritesh Deshmukh, which will premiere on September 30. The actress also has a number of other exciting projects planned. She will star in the Hindi drama Babli Bouncer directed by Madhur Bhandarkar and feature in the Jee Karda web series by Arunima Sharma.
