Vijay Deverakonda goes above and beyond to promote his film Liger despite being sick

Telugu superstar Vijay Deverakonda is all set to enter the pan-Indian territory and mark his Bollywood debut in Puri Jagannadh’s Liger. Vijay and his co-star Ananya have been traveling to Indian cities to promote their new film Liger. Vijay Deverakonda is living the struggle, fight, and love with the proper mindset, much like Liger did in his movie. According to recent reports, Vijay Deverakonda traveled to Kochi for the promotion of his movie despite being unwell.

A source close to Vijay revealed that Vijay has not been keeping well and said, "He has severe back pain as he has been promoting the film back to back without even a day break. Last week he was diagnosed with swine flu. Vijay took a rest at his home in Hyderabad and geared up for the promotions again. Today he is in Kochi and his team is taking care that he doesn't stress his health.”

As we all know, Vijay Deverakonda has quickly established himself as a force to be reckoned with. The Arjun Reddy star recently boarded an autorickshaw for Liger interviews in Mumbai despite torrential downpours. With Liger, Vijay Deverakonda is pushing the envelope. Due to the hectic pace of the promotions and the high excitement surrounding the movie, Vijay's mother recently performed a special Puja for the well-being of her son. Vijay and Ananya offered prayers in the lavish mansion of the Arjun Reddy star.

Vijay Deverakonda will play a boxer in Liger with Ananya Panday, Ronit Bose Roy, and Ramya Krishna in crucial parts. The film will hit the theatres on August 25 and will be released in all five languages.
