Vijay Deverakonda on meeting superstars Salman Khan and Chiranjeevi on ‘Godfather’ sets
Vijay Deverakonda has undoubtedly garnered huge popularity. From iconic films like ‘Arjun Reddy’ his impact on the masses is indispensable. The star has recently been touring the country promoting his upcoming pan-Indian film ‘Liger’. The film also stars Bollywood’s Ananya Panday. The film is being promoted on the grandest scale. In a recent interview he spoke about meeting superstars Salman Khan and Chiranjeevi on the ‘The Godfather’ film sets.
Says "Chiranjeevi sir has been someone I looked up to... Growing up my dad used to tell his story of how he came from nothing and became the megastar of Telugu cinema. So, I always enjoy interacting with him because we talk a lot about his journey and I love that bit about him... His rise is what's interesting to me." The Liger star further added "And, Salman sir, it was time first, I was meeting him. It was brief but I enjoyed seeing him and saying Hi."
For all the dear Vijay fans reading. The film ‘Liger’ is slated for release on the 25th of August. The film also stars Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Vishu Reddy, Ali, and Makarand Deshpande. The film also has a special cameo from Mike Tyson.
