No one can deny that Kannada actor Kiccha Sudeep and Salman Khan, one of the most well-known stars in Bollywood, have a strong bond. The Tiger 3 actor recently teamed up with Kiccha to promote the Hindi versions of the upcoming mystery-thriller movie Vikrant Rona.
On June 23, the movie makers finally unveiled the trailer, which also has Jacqueline Fernandez in a prominent part. While Salman, who was unable to attend the trailer launch event, released the trailer video on social media channels.
Speaking on his bond with Salman Khan, Sudeep said to a news website, “I was in Mumbai. He (Salman) knew I was doing this film and showing the showreel to some companies. When I met him later, he had already heard from people and asked me to see the film. He liked it. In fact, he took a clean interest in the Mumbai market. He called his team to help us and asked me, ‘do you want me to come to shoot for you?’ I just said the maximum you can do is present the film because I didn’t want to ask for anything more. We are like brothers. Our equation is beyond cinema.”
Meanwhile, on July 28 Vikrant Rona is scheduled for a 3D global release. Salman Khan Films, Zee Studios, and Kiccha Creations will present the movie, which PVR Pictures will distribute in North India.
