Will Naga Chaitanya work again with ex-wife Samantha Ruth Prabhu? Actor spills the beans
After four years of marriage, actors Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya called it quits, leaving their fans inconsolable. Samantha recently talked about the divorce on Koffee With Karan, but Naga Chaitanya has typically kept quiet about it because he prefers to let his work life be the focus of conversation. Days before their fourth anniversary in 2021, the couple, who married in 2017, announced their split.
Naga Chaitanya, who has collaborated with Samantha on a number of films, was candid when asked if he would work with her again. The Laal Singh Chaddha actor said, “That’s going to be a crazy one if it happens. But I don’t know, only the universe knows. Let’s see.”
If Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya collaborate once more, it will be a thrilling new venture. On the set of their first project, Ye Maaya Chesave (2010), the two actors fell in love. They continued to work together as co-stars in other movies, including Autonagar Surya (2014) and Majili (2019), to name a couple. Majili, released in 2019, marked their last appearance together.
Meanwhile, Naga Chaitanya will be making his Bollywood debut with Laal Singh Chaddha. The film stars Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Mona Singh in the key roles. It is slated to release on August 11.
