Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ to return with season 2!
According to reports, Ekta Kapoor is all set to launch season 2 of her popular show, Kasautii Zindagii Kay.

If you have been a fan of Ekta Kapoor ’s hit show, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, here is an exciting piece of news for you. According to some sources, Balaji Telefilms is planning to bring back the show with season 2. Titled Pyaar Ki Kasauti, the show will feature an ensemble cast. Reportedly, the casting process is going on in full swings and some actors have even been finalized for some crucial roles.
According to reports, Deeksha Sonalkar and Ajay Arya have been cast to play important roles in the show. Besides them, well-known television actor Manoj Chandila, who played a pivotal character in Star Plus’ Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, has been finalized to play the male lead. He will be paired opposite Deeksha in the soap.
Reportedly, the makers wanted to launch the show on some popular general entertainment channel, but they were unhappy with the time slot being offered. So, instead of settling for any time slot, the makers decided to lock DD Channel to air the show.
A source adds, “The makers are in talks with popular GECs like Colors and Star Bharat and if Colors allots a time slot of 7 or 7.30 to the producers then the soap will be shifted to Colors.”
However, the show will most probably air on DD channel on a primetime slot, as per sources. If things fall into the place, Pyaar Ki Kasauti might go on air by November.
