Jigyasa Singh replaces Kanika Maan in Zee TV’s next!
Kanika Maan’s loss is Jigyasa Singh’s gain; Jigyasa has replaced Kanika in Zee TV’s upcoming ‘Ishq Pakeezah’.

The television world too is full of twists and turns. Creative Eye, the production house, has been working on their upcoming project based on the concept of Triple Talaaq for a quite some time now. Earlier the makers of ‘Ishq Pakeezah’ had finalized the Punjabi model Kanika Maan for the lead role. Now there’s a twist in the tale, the makers of the show have now approached Jigyasa Singh to play the female lead. As per a credible source, “The decision was made of Kanika playing the lead in Ishq Pakeezah. However, the channel’s last-minute change has opened the path for Jigyasa to blossom in this role.”
Jigyasa has amazed the masses with her character Thapki, in Colors TV’s hit show ‘Thapki Pyar Ki’. Apart from Jigyasa, the show will also have Vinay Jain, Gunn Kansara and Samiksha Bhatnagar in pivotal roles; Adnan Khan will reportedly play the male lead.
While Jigyasa is now a part of Zee family, her former co-star, and good friend, Manish Goplani has also signed a Zee TV’s upcoming show. Manish will be next seen in Zee’s ‘Detective Didi’.
We are glad that Jigyasa will be doing the show, but we hope the show doesn’t losses its plot. We expect the makers should stick to the original plot of Triple Talaaq rather than making it the typical Saas-Bahu drama
