Sameksha cast for the upcoming historical show 'Battle of Saragarhi'!
The show is based on the famous Battle Of Saragarhi and stars Mohit Raina in the lead role.

A new GEC Discovery JEET is all set to enter the market in coming few months. The channel is currently working on a wide variety of shows to strengthen its programming soon after its launch. However, the one show the channel is relying high on is Battle Of Saragarhi. The historical show is being produced by Contiloe Pictures and stars Mohit Raina in the lead role. The latest we hear that the makers have roped in talented actress Sameksha to essay an integral part.
Sameksha will also be seen playing an important role in Sony Entertainment Television's upcoming magnum opus, Porus. Her second historical show in a row is also being mounted on a big scale. A source close to the makers reveals, “Sameksha will play the role of Mohit’s wife. She will have a crucial part in the storyline.”
Mohit Raina , who was last seen in Colors’ Chakravarti Ashoka Samrat, will play the lead character of Havildar Ishar Singh in Battle Of Saragarhi. Besides Mohit Raina and Sameksha, popular actor Mukul Dev is also in the cast. He will play an Afghan named Gul Badshah.
The team is currently shooting at Amgaon, on the outskirts of Mumbai.
