Shantanu Maheshwari roped in for a new project!
This will be the first time when Shantanu will show his hosting skills to the world.

If you are a fan of television actor Shantanu Maheshwari, here is exciting news for you all. The actor, who just walked away with the trophy of Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 8, has been signed for a new project. According to reports, &TV will soon launch an episodic-based TV series, to be produced by RedDot productions. Though nothing much has been revealed about the series, insiders claim it will be on the lines of Bindaas’ Yeh Hai Aashiqui. Every week there will be a new romantic story featuring a new set of actors. According to some reliable sources, the makers have roped in Shantanu to host the show.
The actor has reportedly signed the project on the dotted lines and now the casting team is in the process of locking actors for their episodes. A source shares, “The channel themselves wanted Shantanu as the host and they have just finalized him.” The GEC wanted to cash in Shantanu’s sudden rise in popularity and they found him apt to step into the shoes of the host.”
Maheshwari will soon be heading to Delhi for shooting the promo and the pilot of the untitled project.
