Star Plus’ two and a half year old show Mere Angne Mein is going to end very soon owing to dipping TRPs. The channel will air the last episode of on 5th August. Produced by Sphereorigins, the show initially featured Ekta Kaul and Karam Rajpal in lead roles and was one of the highest rated shows on Star Plus once. But soon after Ekta quit the show and Richa Mukherjee was brought on board as a replacement, it witnessed a steep fall in its TRPs which led the makers to pull the plug on it many times. But this time its closure is imminent.
