At the AIIMS in Jodhpur, Bhairon, one of the heroes of the 1971 India-Pakistan conflict, passed away at the age of 81. Bhairon Singh received the Sena Medal in 1972 in honor of his bravery during the conflict at the Longewala station in 1971. Read more
