Aamir Ali opens up on his broken marriage with Sanjeeda Shaikh and daughter residing with his ex-wife

In January this year, Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Shaikh officially got divorced. They were one of the cutest couples on television. They dated for a very long time before getting married in 2012. There were rumours of their marriage having issues around 2020.

Through surrogacy, the couple also welcomed a girl named Ayra into the world. Aamir recently discussed his divorce with Sanjeeda with the media. He claimed that at first, it was challenging for him and that he was broken. He stated that he has no bad feelings toward anyone and that he always hopes the best for his ex-wife, Sanjeeda.

Additionally, he responded to being denied the opportunity to meet his daughter Ayra. Aamir stated during an interview, "It’s a sensitive topic and I don’t wish to talk about it. I don’t want to play any cards, but unfortunately, a man is always blamed. I have always maintained a dignified silence on matters related to my personal life. I am sure Ayra is being taken care of in the best way possible and I only have immense love for her."

Aamir added that despite his failed romance, he still believes in love and marriage. He claimed that although he supports the institution of marriage, he is currently happy being single.

Ali concluded by stating, "I feel someone somewhere is made for you. We shouldn’t be averse to love because of one bad experience. No matter how strong a relationship may seem, sometimes it’s not meant to last. I am glad that Sanjeeda and I handled our separation with dignity. I hope my ex finds someone who keeps her happy."
