Abhinav Shukla Says He Will Be A 'Hands-On-Father. Adds He And Rubina Do 50-50 Of Everything

Abhinav Shukla and Rubina Dilaik announced their pregnancy just a few days ago and the photos were absolutely amazing. Post their stint in Bigg Boss 14, the duo became a hot favourite of everyone and now, they are all set to embrace parenthood. Recently, Abhinav happened to speak up about being an equal partner to his wife when it comes to household work and he cannot wait to take up the responsibility of a father.

Talking to Hindustan Times, the actor opened up on becoming a parent and said how he was already mentally prepared for it and that it is a fun journey, and he is looking forward to sleepless nights.

He further went on to say, "I have followed the journey of my nephew and niece as my brother has two kids. I love spending time with them, and I thought I should have my own. It is the best part of you and your future life. I am already a hands-on husband, so I will be a hands-on father soon. There are times when I cook and do the dishes, especially when the help is not there. We have this equality of work thing. It has never happened till date that she asked me to do something, and I didn’t do it. We automatically do 50-50 of every work.”

The actor had also recently taken to social media where he sort of gave it back to trolls who had some kind of comments all the time. He made sure to speak up on the things that troll often say. From talking about relations with Rubina, not sharing photos, to not working enough, he spoke up on all of it. He mentioned about not working enough and said, “Having said that I agree I am not a workaholic.. there are days just want to camp next to a river or lake and just stare at the sky and forest! Doing nothing substantial. That’s not gonna change! Sorry.”
