Actor-turned-producer Amar Upadhyay has worked in the industry for decades and is gearing up as a producer.

Amar Upadhyay has worked in the entertainment industry for many years, but he has always liked to be behind the camera. But it took so much time to make his dream come true, but he managed to do that by saying wait is worth the effort. He started his acting career with the 'Dekh Bhai Dekh' and received stardom for Ekta Kapoor's daily soap, 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.' He turned producer with his company Hawk-Eye vision, and recently he launched his first daily soap, 'Kyunkii Tum Hi ho.' The show stars Amar Upadhyay, Haarsh Nagar, and Priyanka Dhawale.
Amar Upadhyay's words on how it feels to be a producer:-
Amar Upadhyay had doubts about fulfilling his duties as an actor and producer. He says, "It was a natural process since I have been an actor for a long time. It is not that I had not tried my hand at production earlier, but nothing concrete materialized. When I got a good story, I approached the channel. They loved the concept, my narration, the character arcs, and insisted that I be part of the project as an actor too." Once he got on set with the team, he realized that performing with the right group would be easier.
He mentioned, "I have a good team supporting me. Everyone is experienced, and I am adept at handling finances. I am on the set for 25 days a month. Coordination and collaboration are easy. We have everything organized and planned to the last detail."
He added that he learned many things on the job, From managing the costume to handling the dates, artwork, sets, script, and daily operations, and there was always a new opportunity to learn something new. He said, "There is a lot of hard work involved in production. It is not an easy job, but it is exciting."
The story of Kyunkii Tum Hi Ho:-
Kyunkii Tum Hi Ho is the story of Kavya; the role is played by Priyanka Dhawale, who belongs to a middle-class family from a small town. She has big dreams. Her journey to achieving them faces several circumstances, but how she manages to tackle them one by one. Upadhyay says, "It is a zero to hero story of a strong girl."
